Future Working Order tools may help organize information, summarize records, prepare questions, and support follow-through. Registered-nurse review and appropriate professional escalation remain central to the model.

AI-generated material and material actually reviewed by a registered nurse must have different labels. Sources and review dates must remain visible. A source-check date does not mean a nurse reviewed the person’s record.
