The Working Order Health Inspection

A Registered Nurse–Led Whole-Person Preventive Health Review

We review the parts of your health that are easy to ignore when nothing feels urgent.

A documented starting point. A practical way forward.

The Working Order Health Inspection is a structured preventive-health review led by a registered nurse. It is designed to help organize health information, review important areas of everyday health, identify preventive-care gaps and pressure points, and clarify what deserves attention next.

The planned deliverables are a documented baseline, practical education, prioritized next steps, a 90-day maintenance plan and a follow-up review.

Enrollment is not open. Pricing, visit length, eligibility and follow-up arrangements will be confirmed before purchase.

From your first question to your follow-up review.

  1. Inspection No. 001
A few key answers and preparation for a fuller conversation. Start with what matters to you.
  2. Baseline Record
An organized starting snapshot of the health information you choose to share, with sources and unknowns visible.
  3. Human Systems Review
A structured review across the existing eight areas of health, guided by your circumstances.
  4. Findings & Education Report
An easy-to-read Health Map showing reported concerns, preventive questions, strengths and educational priorities.
  5. Three Priority Work Orders
The three actions that deserve attention first. Each includes a next step, a person responsible and a review point.
  6. 90-Day Maintenance Schedule
Your Action Blueprint: realistic goals, agreed actions, professional follow-up and room to adjust over three months.
  7. Follow-Up Review
A structured check-in to review progress, barriers, questions and next steps.

Start with what matters to you.

The intake should feel like the beginning of a conversation. A few key answers help prepare the review; a nurse would develop the fuller picture with you.

REVIEW

Did contact happen? What got in the way?

Each action would include a reason, an owner, a timeframe and a review point. The plan is agreed with you.

03 / Wellness Profile — keep the picture together

Your dated health summary inside My Working Order, with an optional avatar and a place for the information that matters.

01

Your starting picture

History, routines, strengths and information still to clarify.

02

Your information

Relevant records, medication questions and measurements you share.

Eight areas. One whole person.

The Human Systems Review uses the existing Body, Habits, Mind and Life framework. Each area keeps its own meaning; a combined health score has not been validated.

Your plan, kept together.

Your Health Map explains the connections. Your Action Blueprint organizes the actions. Your Wellness Profile would keep the information and open questions together in the future Working Order Record.

Clear scope. Appropriate next steps.
